Fantømex is a post-hardcore / indie punk band from Western North Carolina. Influenced by everything ranging from glam rock to jazz, they blend theatrical performance with explosive energy, intricate songwriting, and lyrics that channel vulnerability, defiance, and femme power, they deliver a performance that demands attention.

Fantømex released their debut album Consent Agenda on April 20, 2020. The eleven song LP was recorded in Morganton, NC at Bomb House Studios. On June 3, 2022, the band released Terraformed, a four song EP produced by Loc-Level Sound out of Asheville, NC. Terraformed was followed up by a sister EP, entitled Chimera in February of 2024.
